Got Bands Strands is a luxury hair extension boutique operating on a capsule drop model. I sell premium raw hair extensions sourced from verified origins worldwide. My website is located at gotbandsstrands.com and I can be reached at contact@gotbandsstrands.com.

By using my website and placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, are providing accurate and truthful information, and are not located in a jurisdiction where purchasing my products is prohibited.

I make every effort to accurately represent my products through descriptions, photography, and detailed sourcing information. Please be aware of the following — colors may appear slightly different on different screens and devices and this does not constitute misrepresentation, hair texture and behavior can vary based on your natural hair type, porosity, install method, and maintenance routine and these variations do not constitute a product defect, and length measurements are taken when hair is fully straightened and may appear slightly shorter when worn due to natural movement.

I encourage all customers to read product descriptions fully, review all available photography, and contact me with any questions before purchasing. I am happy to provide additional information or photographs to help you make a confident and informed purchase decision.

My inventory is intentionally limited. Products are available while supplies last and I make no guarantee that any specific product will be restocked. Each capsule drop is a limited release. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it — inventory is confirmed only at the time of completed purchase and payment.

All prices are listed in United States dollars. I reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase. In the event of a pricing error I reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at my sole discretion including but not limited to cases where a product is listed at an incorrect price, where I suspect fraudulent activity, where I am unable to verify payment information, where an order appears to be placed for resale purposes without prior arrangement, or where previous fraudulent activity has been associated with the customer's information.

You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase is complete. This confirmation is an acknowledgment of your order and does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance of your order occurs when it is shipped and a shipping confirmation is sent. I reserve the right to cancel any order at any time before shipment for any reason and will issue a full refund in such cases.

I accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through my third party payment processor. By submitting your payment information you represent and warrant that you are the authorized holder of the payment method provided, that the payment information is accurate and complete, and that you authorize the charge for the full order amount including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Any order placed using fraudulent payment information, unauthorized payment methods, or stolen financial information will be considered fraud and will be reported to the payment processor, relevant financial institutions, and law enforcement authorities as appropriate. I maintain detailed records of all transactions, IP addresses, and associated account information.

I take fraudulent chargebacks extremely seriously. Before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider I ask that you contact me directly at contact@gotbandsstrands.com so I have the opportunity to resolve the issue with you.

A chargeback filed without first contacting me will be treated as a disputed transaction and I will respond to your financial institution with all available evidence including but not limited to order confirmation, proof of shipment, delivery confirmation, tracking information, all prior communications, and records of your agreement to my terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

Chargebacks filed on the basis of non-receipt of goods for packages confirmed as delivered by USPS tracking, chargebacks filed after a product has been received and used, and chargebacks filed by customers who have not contacted me to attempt resolution will be disputed fully with all available documentation.

Customers who successfully execute fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from purchasing from Got Bands Strands, reported to the payment processor, and may be subject to civil action to recover the disputed amount plus any fees and costs incurred as a result of the fraudulent dispute.

Due to my processing timeline I am unable to guarantee cancellations after an order has been placed. If you need to request a cancellation please contact me immediately at contact@gotbandsstrands.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped cancellation is no longer possible and the standard sales final policy applies.

Applicable sales tax will be applied to orders in accordance with state and local tax laws based on your shipping address.

All content on gotbandsstrands.com including but not limited to text, photography, graphics, logos, product names, collection names, brand identity, and the Got Bands Strands name and concept is my intellectual property and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. The currency-origin naming concept, the Signature Bussdown Collection, and all associated product names are original creations of Got Bands Strands.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any of my content or intellectual property for any commercial purpose without my express written permission. Unauthorized use of my intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law Got Bands Strands and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of my website or products, your inability to use my website, any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, any content or conduct of any third party on my website, or any other matter relating to my website or products.

My total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific product in question. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Got Bands Strands and its owner from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising from or relating to your violation of these terms and conditions, your use of my website or products, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, your provision of inaccurate or fraudulent information, or any fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback you initiate.

In the event of a dispute arising from these terms or a purchase from Got Bands Strands I ask that you first contact me directly at contact@gotbandsstrands.com to attempt resolution. I am committed to resolving genuine issues fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing any legal action. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Louisiana and shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Louisiana.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These terms and conditions together with my privacy policy and returns and refunds policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Got Bands Strands regarding your use of my website and your purchases and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

I reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of my website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
